The small City Bolzano in the very north of Italy is known for its wonderful landscape, the amazing weather, the beautiful women, but certainly not for its good pop music. That's about to change: Some might know Bolzano's son Christian Pitschl as singer of the punk rock band dressy vagabonds, we 'd love to introduce him to you tonight as Chris And The Other Girls.
After being part of the well known punk rock band dressy vagabonds for six years, Christian decided to start his solo project Chris And The Other Girls in 2004, as he moved to Vienna and didn't really find the time to rehearse with the other boys! What started as a straight solo performance turned into a singer/songwriter project that has no fix members (except for chris), but many musicians being part of it.
In early 2006 Chris And The Other Girls' debut Let Go came out on Coffee And Records and honestly: we can't wait for the first full-length to be released in early 2007.
